We
awoke to clear skies and headed off to Eresfjord and Eikedalsvatnet
to visit Mardalfossen. This is an awesome steep sided valley with a
wonderful waterfall at the end of the lake.
Mardalfossen is Norway’s second highest waterfall with a drop of
655m. A lovely walk to the base of the
waterfall through a forest of Elm and Hazel trees
We
backtracked to Eresfjord and joined the 660 towards Romdalsfjorden and
Andalsnes
