Today the scooter gets a rest and the push bikes are out. We are staying at Bronzen Eik campsite at Stellingen and we are surrounded by a very good cycle network. Our first visit is to a 1600 year old post mill which was originally sited at Bourtange a place we will be visiting in the next week. From the windmill we head to Ter Apel a monastery from 1465 which is now a museum and more importantly for Rob sells its own beer!
