Bruny Island, Tasmania.

We arrive in Hobart and pick up a hire car from the Airport and head to Kettering to stay with Sarah's Mums friends, Wendy and Peter.
First day out we take a short ferry crossing to Bruny Island stopping at the Isthmus at the Neck to take in the views.  We drive to the Cape point and the lighthouse and then on to Adventure Bay where Captain James Cook landed in 1773.

After returning to the mainland we take a trip around the Channel Highway to look at the beaches and scenery south of Kettering including Woodbridge, Gordon, Verona Sands and up to Cygnet and then back to Kettering. Beautiful scenery throughout.
